For Self Talk:

Some people have a habit to talk to themselves. This is an illness too. In order to reat this takes the peel of papaya that is normally ripe. Cook like curry for a week and then eat it.

The Cure of the Illness of Trembling:

One jugnu, alive or dead, 4 fried chick peas, one munaqqa, grind them and blend them. Then once in a week cook cabbage and eat it. After the food this medicine has to be taken with warm milk. This has to be eaten like this for four weeks. By the grace of Allah the illness would vanish. (Note: Take suggestion about this prescription from scholars).

Eating Circles and Weak Memory:

Daily between the time of Asar and Maghrib eat fresh and warm jalaibi. This would cure mental weakness. Especially the children who are trying to memorize the Quran, this is best for them.

Redemption from the Illness of Itch:

Take coal and heat them up. Then sprinkle shaker (made of guru) over it slowly. Take its smoke over your whole body. This illness would vanish.

Heaviness of Voice Can Vanish:

Take the seeds of Jaamun and dip them properly in honey, the heaviness of voice would vanish.

To Beautify the Lips:

At any time during the day say "O, E". Perform this deed persistently for five minutes. Then perform a massage for a cold cream. In a few days the lips would become beautiful.

For Instantaneous Power:

Take seven dates. A cup of vanilla ice cream, A cup of milk, A banana, blend all of them well and drink them. You will get instantaneous energy.

For Increase in Female Beauty:

250 grams of Faalsa, 250 grams of pulp of Kerry (unripe mango). Take their seeds out and put them in a mixer and mix them, use many times during the day by making syrup by mixing water in it. This is only for those girls who want to increase their beauty.

Redemption from Leukueria:

For fifteen days mix a spoon of honey in one cup of grape juice, by the grace of Allah health would be restored.

For Fair Complexion:

100 gram Multani clay, 50 grams powder of Sandal, 50 grams powder of dry peels of oranges, mix all of them in rose extract and apply for fifteen minutes on the neck and the mouth and put it off before it becomes dry. Perform this deed once in a week, by the grace of Allah the complexion would brighten.

Respected Hakeem sahib Assalam-o-alaikum! I used to remain quite ill since my childhood. The fever used to be so high that I used to talk during that. My father used to ask me that who I was talking to. I used to say that I don't know. I still remember some of these talks. Then someone told me about a sage. We went to him. He was a very nice man. May Allah raise his ranks. He gave a deed to my mother. He had given her permission to do it herself, because it was difficult for me to take her every day. And I could not even go to school due to fever. The procedure to get rid of evil eye was as follows: Recite durood sharif 11 times before the beginning and at the end. Then recite surah Tariq for 7 times and make dum in the right nostril. Then recite surah Tariq for 7 times and make dum in the left nostril. Similarly, make dum in the right ear and then the left ear, right eye and then the left eye and at the end in the mouth. Recite all the 4 quls and durood sharif and make dum on the whole body. Within 3-7 days inshaAllah you will observe benefits. Remember this hag sahib as well as my mother in prayers.

Paranoia and the Blessings of Two Priceless Treasures:

Since when I have started reading monthly Ubqari, I started recited reciting the two priceless treasures from it. As a matter of fact I had a severe illness of paranoia. But since when I started reciting two priceless treasures openly, due to this a marked reduction comes in wordily desires, severity and pain. Then I took appointment to meet you and met you, you gave me saloon afzaa, thnadi mural and haazim-e-khas, johar-e-shifaa-e-Madina, I used them for a while, due to which I feel better now. I had a gastric problem, which has also finished.

I also tested the deed of Azaan and Afahasibtum, it is extremely useful. A lot of my problems solved with this. Meaning that to recite azaan 7 times and and surah Mominoon's last 4 verses 7 times and make dum on the right and the left shoulders. And then recite according to the above mentioned procedure and make dum on the left shoulder.

Other than this for safety I recite یَاحَفِیْظُ11 times and بِسْمِ اللہِ تَوَکَّلْتُ عَلَی اللہِ لَاحَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰہِ and I have made it my routine. All praise be to Allah! I remain safe from every mischief.

In one sermon you told us about the verse number 114 of Surah al-Maaida that whatever you feel like eating, recite this verse 11 times with durood sharif before the beginning and after the end 3 times.

Similarly once I desired to eat fruit. I did not even ask anyone. I recited this dua and Allah created means. The next day many types of fruit arrived in the house and the fridge became full. And I ate fruit to my heart's contentment for many days. Rather everyone ate. All praise be to Allah! A special thing that happened by listening to your sermons was that I learned a way to seek from Allah. I had a problem with my stomach that I wouldn't digest anything easily. I read in Ubqari that by drinking goat's milk stomach problems are cured. Allah made an arrangement for goat. Now I use that. I find it best for my stomach.

Respected hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum! My wife was pregnant. After two months she observed severe bleeding. We went to the doctors at once. Bleeding stopped. Pregnancy was fine. But the pain was severe. After a few days she started bleeding again. She did not feel well even by taking the medicine. But when she started using zamzam water the problem cured.

Respected Hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!I am reading the ubqari magazine for the past seven months. When it was the third month that I had bought the magazine, you came to our city. We went to listen to your sermon. In the sermon you told about the virtues of the prayer of washroom. Respected Hakeem sahib! The deed you told us about, me and my children did that. The most astonishing thing that happened was that in our house three black cats lived. And sometimes when we used to look at them, they used to look scary as well. By the blessings of Allah they left our house. And while going they made strange and horrible voices as well. And the second benefit was that the ration of our house which used to be of 25,000 or 26,000 monthly, now by the grace of Allah it is of only 12,000 or 13,000 and the whole month is spent comfortably. And there are blessings as well. My younger brother who is an addict and also insane, he used to disturb a lot. Now his behavior has improved a lot.

I became ill for a while and an acquaintance told me that someone had cast a spell upon me. If you want to return this spell back and want to know that who has done this then recite this deed and you will come to know that who has done the magic. She told me that without tasmiyya recite surah Kausar for 313 times and pray that O Allah, who ever tormented me, return this upon him. The method of recitng this was that the place or spot that aches or upon whom one has doubt, conceive him and recite by keeping an eye on him or the place. Once I had severe pain in my teeth and I started this deed, after some time a relative came in my room and said to recite this and asked that what was I reciting? She had a strict tone as well. Why don't you sleep quietly? I asked that what had I done? I was only reciting durood sharif. My mother is feeling ill and for that reason. At last in the morning my pain reduced.

Cure of Weekness

Respected Hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-Alaikum!May Allah bless you with the best of health. And please pray for us. My uncle told me a cure for weakness that to take 1 kg of almonds and to peel them off. Mix 75 grams black pepper in them and to make a powder, and to take one spoon of it in the morning with lassi. Hazrat Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said, “A person who sleeps in ablution at night is much better than the one who fasts during the day and then worships.”

For The Illnesses of Children

If there is pain in the ears of the children, or there are pimples in the ears. There are pimples on the heads of the children. There is itch. For these ailments do the following:

ہودا  خدا دا ہودا خدا دے رسول دا

ہودا چوواں یاراں دا ہودا کلمے قرآن دا

ہودا پیر محبوب دا آمین

Then recite surah Fatiha seven times take seven pebbles and recite on every pebble seven times. Weave the pebble over the head of the child and make dum. Do this for a few days.

 

For Any Type of Gilty, At Any Part

Take a piece of soil and recite the following by reciting durood shareef before beginning and the end for 11 times.  
بِسْمِ اللہِ تُرْبَۃُ اَرْضِنَا بِرِیْقَۃِ بَعْضِنَا

لِیُشْفٰی سَقِیْمُنَابِاِذْنِ رَبِّنَا

Then after every prayer make a hisaar with this gilty, then after every prayer rub this piece of soil on the gilty and by the grace of Allah gilty will finish.

Ziarat of Roza-e-Rasool (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) and Job           

Muhammad Zahid Javed, WihaariI told a friend of mine in London to recite surah Kausar. When he recited surah Kausar plenty of times, so he had only recited it for 3 days that he saw roza-e-rasool (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) and the very next day he got a job. Even though he was unemployed for over a month, he found a job in four days.
